Echappe customers are eligible to purchase Craft clothing at the same discount level as your entire order. At this time, discounted Craft clothing can only be sold in association with team order.

FAQ:
Are there minimums?
NS Sportswear does not set minimums for items. Please contact us for single piece production. Discounts for the team outfitter does not apply to orders under $2500.
What is my total piece count?
Total piece count is the total number of items in your order. For most items, each item counts as 1. The only exceptions are jerseys, shorts, arm warmers and leg warmers - these items count as half (.5). So, a jersey and shorts counts as 1 item.
Can I get podium apparel?
Yes. We work with US manufactuers, designers and screenprinters to create all kinds of podium apparel. Whether you want to have Craft jackets embroidered or Hanes T-Shirts silkcscreened, Echappe can take care of all of that for you.
What is the color process?
Digital printing is used for small orders. Full sublimation is used for larger orders. The end result is practically the same.
How should I format my artwork files?
Process CMYK
Vector graphics (editable)- Adobe Illustrator CS4 and eariler
Files should not exceed 5MB for each type of garment.
Do you provide templates?
Yes. We will email you templates if they are not posted at Echappe Equipment.
Can you do the artwork for me?
Yes. RISD trained artists and designers will work on your artwork files if you do not have the ability. To start a team project from scratch is $150 and includes 3 types of clothing. Each add'l garment style is $25.
I have artwork files from other manufactuers. Can you use them?
IF the file is .pdf, .esp or .ai then we can work with it. If we cannot read your files then we will have to create your work from scratch.
Can you accept jpeg files?
If they are flattened logos, yes. If it is a picture of a kit that your friend is wearing, no. We can use this as a reference point for your artwork, but design charges will apply.
How quickly can I get my clothing?
4-6 weeks from the time artwork is approved AND half payment is cleared.
What do I need to do for approval of artwork?
Teams must sign off on the colors and materials to be used for all items. We request a tangible item of the colors of your choice to be provieded to Echappe Equipment for specific color matching before production starts. Failure to provide a tangible object for color matching will void your ability to request replacement garments should the colors be "wrong".
What if something does not fit?
Please contact Echappe Equipment within 10 days of reciept of your garments if something does not fit. Washed, raced in, or other significantly worn items will not be replaced under any circumstances.
