The Sub9 Disc with Powertap 2.4 SL hub. Questions? Take your best proven design, build prototypes, return to the wind tunnel, test, try and test again. We were able to build on our very fast clincher disc, knowledge gained from the 808 and 1080 and combine the learnings to create the first wheel ever to show negative drag in a wind tunnel. At 15 degrees of yaw, our sub9 disc showed a -80g drag reading. This design was creating lift rather than making drag. Inserting our new Carbon Bridgeâ„¢ technology increases the impact resistance, while the deeper side walls absorb and dampen road vibrations, creating a very comfortable ride and a disc wheel that handles well when cornering. At a mere 1000g this disc is light stiff and shaped for performance. Available in road, not track, configuration (Shimano or Campy) and as a tubular only.
Front wheels: 808s and 1080s are available for GMSR
