
Our wheels are traveling constantly between our bike shop affiliates. We recommend making reservations as early as possible so we can schedule on time delivery to the bike shop in your area. If you are within 7 days of your preferred reservation date you may be subject to express shipping requirements that the shopping cart may not show. We will notify you ASAP if this is the case.
Pricing is "round trip" and for Ground services only. Express services are available for special rush orders. Please contact us for a quote.
The secondary price is for more rural locations. Some shops, though you may love them, are still considered "rural" and are significantly more than the standard ship price.
Other parameters are subject to specific rental criteria.
Variable rates are attributed to rural zones, speed of shipments and value of contents.
The map to the left shows the number of days it will take to reach your location with Ground Services. This map is an estimate only. Please take this into consideration when requesting a wheelset with a delivery date within 7 days of your order.
Our shopping cart allows you to select one of our existing shops, or suggest a new one upon check out. We ship to shops to make sure the equipment is in proper working order before you race on it.
You must return the wheels to one of our bike shop affiliates for all shipping needs. RaceWheelRental.com and your bike shop will handle the shipping requirements for the return of the wheels.
Please do the following to ensure the wheel is not damaged. Excessive Damage Waivers do not cover damage while in transit:
-Use all provided padding materials
-Secure the skewer within the box so it does not impact the wheel while in transit.
-Keep the tire inflated while in transit. It acts like a rim protector!
-If you rented a disc wheel, please remember to include your disc chuck inflator. Lost disc chucks are $25.
Sign your wheel manifest before you return the wheel! Unfortunately if a wheel comes back damaged and you did not sign the waiver the shipping companies will not honor our damage claims and you will be held liable. If you did not get this form with the rental, you can download it here.

You will only see a subsequent billing from RaceWheelRental.com if you returned damaged equipment that exceeds our "Excessive Damage Waiver" terms. When you check the "Acknowledgement of Risks" as well as the "Security Deposit" acknowledgements, you agree to these terms.

RaceWheelRental.com provides adequate packaging for all shipping. Wheelsets are expected to be packaged correctly, utilizing the provided materials given. If wheels are returned without proper packaging and damage occurs, you are responsible for any damage incurred. FedEx is not responsible for inappropriate packaging, nor are we. This also falls inline with our Acknowledgement of Risks document as well as the optional Excessive Damage Agreement.
