Step Two:
Pick Up your wheels at a Bike Shop Affiliate
We have over 120 Bike Shop Affiliate locations available for you to pick up your race wheels.
When you pick up, you'll be asked to fill out a "Wheel Manifest" with a bike shop representative. This will confirm that you got your race ready wheels and will protect you from being responsible for anything before you got the wheels.
You can add a new affiliate location here or while you're checking out. We are continuing to add shops every week based on customer requests!

Step Four:
Return Your Wheels to a Bike Shop Affiliate
Drop off the wheels at one of our Bike Shop Affiliates. Complete the "Wheel Manifest" by checking over the wheels with a service tech at the shop to confirm the wheels are returned in good condition. If you did crash, that's ok - we just want to know so we can make arrangements for the following reservation.
Please double check that you've returned everything we provided to you including:
- Wheels
- Skewers
- Tires and Tubes
- Valve Extenders
- Disc Chucks/Adapters
If you don't return these items, you will be charged for them.
