Every rental earns you credit towards an optional purchase, allowing you to test a few sets of wheels before buying. All rentals include tires and a cassette and are shipped to your door via FedEx.

The American Classic 58 Carbon uses the molds from Zipp's 404 line to create the rim. Laced to teh rims are some of the very lightest hubs you can find anywhere. The AC 58 hubs are just that- 58 grams. These are the same hubs we use to build our own Echappe wheels, so we really stand behind them. These wheels are really stunning in acceleration, turning, snap and sustained speed. If you're lookng for a lower profile wheel, check out the American Classic 38s- its Zipp's 303 mold. This wheel is available with traditional rounded spokes or Sapium bladed spokes. The sapium saver over 60g per wheelset.

American classic 38 carbon tubular

The American Classic 38 Carbon us one of the lightest production wheels made. Using a Zipp 303 rim mold laced to American Classic's super light 58 hubs (called 58s because they weigh 58 grams), these wheels fly. The wheelset we have in stock is an "all around" set with 18 spokes up front and 24 in the rear. We can custom order any combination of spoke count using 16, 18, 20, 24, or 28 spokes for purchase. The sapium saver over 60g per wheelset.
