Red - Rub Down Gel
Rub Down Gel is the mildest warming gel in the System Red System product line, ideally suited to younger athletes and those with sensitive skin. Rub Down Gel is to be used in cold and wet weather conditions, at temperatures from 50°F - 59°F. Rub down gel not only protects muscles and connective tissues, it also prevents the feet from getting cold and wet.

Red - Medium Balm
Medium Balm is a medium grade muscle warming balm. When thoroughly applied, Medium Balm acts as a protective, water resistant, breathable layer. Medium balm is suited to cold and wet weather conditions, at temperatures between 32°F and 50°F.

Hot Balm is a powerful muscle warmer, suited to extreme weather conditions below 35°F. It is also ideally suited to poor circulation areas, such as the knees, ankles and achilles tendon. The ingredients are precisely balanced to ensure optimal function during extreme cold weather conditions.

Yellow - Start Oil.
Start oil is a preparation oil, optimally working in mild weather conditions. When applied, Start Oil creates a protective, breathable layer over the skin, against wind and rain. The carefully selected ingredients help optimize blood circulation, local oxygen uptake, the transport of nutrients, and the excretion of waste products within the muscles during activity. The active ingredients continue to function throughout physical exertion, while helping to protect the skin from external influences.
